VEND AT THE FEST
2025 VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR FOOD AND ARTISTS ARE NOW CLOSED.
Blues Fest features dozens of local vendors selling their food, original art and wares. We take applications on a rolling basis. Applicants who have been selected will receive an invitation to participate with payment details, terms, and logistics. Vendors are chosen based on need by our planning committee members. Though we would love to, we do not have enough room to fit all of the applicants. Prior participation in the festival does not guarantee your spot each year. Thank you for your understanding.
The forms below are for the 2025 Festival, which is set for April 4-6 in downtown Baton Rouge.
ARTIST AND MAKER VENDORS
Please understand that we only accept vendors who are selling their own handmade art or wares. Resale vendors are not accepted at this time. If you are interested in selling a commercial product or setting up a marketing table, please contact us to discuss available sponsorship options. If you feel you curate a local or unique collection of products that should be considered, please submit the form. All vendors must participate in the full weekend. The festival provides overnight Baton Rouge Police security. Pricing depends on placement and setup of the vending spot offered.
